Will miss this years NYE run and only because I am in a mixed marriage. Must have been wonderful to see this band in such a small venue? I too would like to hear someone who was there, take on this show? I want to give thanks to a wonderful year of music as I was fortunate enough to see the Dead in Philly and LA and shoreline, while also catching Ratdog at San Diego and last 2 nights at the Beacon, even though my wife was totally pissed.
Shoreline on Mothers Day was a real Treat as are all the shows because the Music is back and played with such passion!!! 33 years since I jumped on the Bus starting in Englishtown and way to many shows since to mention. Have a Great time at New Years to all lucky enough to attend and may Further continue as I have yet to see this version but will attend any Socal shows no matter what the wifie says. God Bless the Grateful Dead and may we never let the music stop!!!!!! Blanch from NJ and Now SD OUT!!!!

Ok. I was there, front row. Yikes!!! What a night. we show up to find the Fillmore Staff (the best!) and the old GDTS folks runnin the show (pros). The show was just fuckin killer!!! The vibe was fantastic, and the set was tight. Welcome to the fold Sunshine and Zoe!! Now.... The Shakedown was sweet, great jam, nice changes, great opener. The Jack Straw was over the top. BIG BIG BIG!!! Eyes found Joe really finding the groove, and John lighting up the stage. Charley was well played, and the Wheel got a good response from the crowd. The HC sunshine was quite appropriate with the addition of Sunshine..Garcia that is! The UJB had a great vibe, and the vocals were real nice. Born Crosseyed was right on the money! Candyman mellowed out the room to lead into the BIG Truckin to close. Great set, not like a rehearsal. Like a 2 hour show, lean and mean. Highlights were Jack Straw, and the Eyes. The whole thing was great!
